Participants that are enrolled to receive products and services agree to accept communications from Aval Health Management.  The company may accept sponsorship, grants, marketing or advertising funds for various projects but does not serve as an endorsement for their products or services.  All health information, marketing and advertising materials presented to participants will be identified as such with the source of information made available or referenced.  The company will provide information pertaining to marketing and advertising activities to persons and/or entities directly involved in fully funded projects via third party sources by written request within a reasonable time period from the time services or products are received. Participants may request a status change to discontinue communications and/or materials at anytime by submitting a written request.
